- To ignite passion for innovation relevant to the time, sustainable technology and knowledge driven ideas
- To catalyse/ facilitate business incubation of nascent entrepreneurs with innovative ideas
- To facilitate ecosystems for technology promotion, transfer and protection including IPRs, Patenting etc.
- To encourage and assist incubators to undertake feasibility study, market research, economic survey including enhancing of incubator’s management skills
- To explore new business opportunities emanating out of Climate Change Action Plan and Clean Development Mechanisms (CDM) being adopted worldwide.
